STEP 1: BOOKING
Send us a quick email to book or rebook your appointment, and one of our customer experience specialists will be in touch within 72 hours.
STEP 2: CONFIRMATION
We’ll send you an appointment confirmation by email or text message with all of the details you’ll need to be ready for your visit.
STEP 3: SUIT UP
Pretty please bring a mask! We can also give you one for a small fee, which we’ll match and donate to Interval House Ottawa.
STEP 4: ARRIVAL
Text us at 613-852-0626 as soon as you get to the clinic, and we’ll unlock the door and text you back to let you know that you—and, for now, only you—can come on in.
STEP 5: INTAKE
Once you’re inside, we’ll check for fever with our thermogun and ask you a few questions. Then we’ll give you some hand sanitizer, and your technician will escort you into your treatment.
STEP 6: WRAP UP
Afterwards, you’ll be shown to the front desk to settle up and schedule your next treatment. We’re only taking cards for now, but've upped our tap limit to make this even easier for you!
